Aims and tasks of the project:

• six two-day training sessions on NGO management for NGO activists and staff of NGO resource centers
• on-site consultations for NGOs in a number of small towns
• study visit to western counterpart organisations
• publication of a handbook about active NGOs in Belarus in 1000 copies
• one-day internet training courses for 15 NGO representatives from three regions in Belarus
• regular consultations on legal and financial issues for regional NGOs
• general assistance to the NGO sector in Mogilev region through consultation, public meetings and setting up of an NGO library
