Aims and tasks of the project:

• set up of a database of active belarusian environmental NGOs
• five seminars on environmental issues for 20 participants from belarussian environmental NGOs
• distributaion and publication of six issues of an environmental bulletin
• regular consultations about management and the use of internet for the target group
