Aims and tasks of the project:

• Establishment of a network of 10 to 15 youth-organisations and clubs
• Preparation of youth activists in small towns in the Vitebsk region/li>
• 28 weekend classes will be organised in Vitebsk, Orsha and Novopolotsk
• Publication of Newsletters and bulletins
