Aims and tasks of the project:

• two seminars in regional Belarus cities on aspects of NGO development and aspects of the third sector in the Grodno region
• two seminars on aspects of youth NGO development each for around 30 participants in Grodno
• a regional conference on aspects of the third sector in the region for 60 participants in Grodno
• two Round Tables each for around 30 participants
• Distribution of a bimonthly newsletter for the target group (6 issues in 12 months)
