Civil initiatives, participation, transparency and confidence lie at the heart of all our activities. We seek to create networks, interest groups and innovative concepts through seminars, conferences, training courses, study trips and the organisation of voluntary placements. Since 1992, we have been running projects with local partners in St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Perm, Nazran/North Caucasus, Kiev and in five Belarusian regions.
