Masterclasses, Diskussionen, Film und Konzert - das Programm des Pilorama-Laboratoriums auf dem Gebiet des Gulag-Gedenkmuseums Perm 36 enthält viele Facetten. Stefan Melle (DRA) leitet im Namen des EU-Russland-Zivilgesellschaftsforums die Eingangs- und Abschlussdiskussion zum Verhältnis von Staat und Bürgern in der EU und Russland.
